Third-Party Booking Engine (Eventbrite)

Ticket purchases and event registration for the Pour: Spirits Summit are processed exclusively through Eventbrite. By clicking on any link to register or purchase tickets, you are leaving our website and engaging directly with Eventbrite’s platform.
  • Your use of the ticketing platform is subject to the Eventbrite Terms of Service.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising directly from the use of the Eventbrite platform, including payment processing, ticket delivery, or platform accessibility. Any disputes regarding these issues must be addressed directly with Eventbrite.

Eligibility and Event Compliance

  • Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Services and attend the Pour: Spirits Summit.

Account Responsibility

Ticket Resale Policy

If you are promoting resale tickets using the Eventbrite platform, you must clearly disclose that you are a resale market and that your ticket prices may be higher than the primary provider’s price (“face value”). This disclosure must be clearly visible and explained within the top 20% (above the fold) of the destination page. Resellers must provide a price tax and fee breakdown during checkout, and before the customer pays, showing specific costs, including taxes and additional fee
